Cancellation policy

Stellata Studio Mail Art Club

This is a recurring mail art subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Billing & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.
  • Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  • Payment is processed automatically using your selected payment method at checkout.
  • If payment fails, we will attempt to process it again.
  • Continued failed payments may result in cancellation of your subscription.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Mail art packages are shipped at the end of every month.
  • Delivery times vary depending on location. All letters are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class for UK customers or Royal Mail Standard International for other country destinations.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the subscriber.
  • Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their mailing address is accurate and up to date.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at stellatastudio@gmail.com.
  • Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
  • Once a payment has been processed, that shipment cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of handmade and curated mail art items, all sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds for shipped packages.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will assess a replacement or refund.

Lost or Returned Mail

  • If mail is returned due to an incorrect address, the subscriber is responsible for reshipping costs.
  • If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer either:
    • A replacement (if available), or a full refund.

Skipping or Pausing

  • Subscribers may skip or pause a shipment by contacting us at least 7 days prior to the next month’s launch.

Changes to Subscription or Pricing

  • We reserve the right to update pricing or subscription terms.
  • Subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any pricing changes take effect.

Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, designs, and creative content remain the intellectual property of Stellata Studio.
  • Artwork is for personal use only and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or resold without permission.
